Case Study: Expect More
A global technocratic organization, endeavoring to provide transformational services in BPO Solutions.
Challenge
The company's bookkeeping was outsourced because the business model had changed and the owner's wife no longer had the time to do it herself.
Journey
To come to the store and handle all bookkeeping requirements three days a week, they recruited a new bookkeeper at a very affordable price.
Solution
We evaluated his books on-site and provided him with a thorough list of issues that needed to be resolved with regard to his current financial situation. He refused to sign a continuous contract with us, so we charged him on an hourly basis. He was billed $40 an hour from us. It was a great task for him to go from paying only $15 an hour, but he agreed to give us a shot only because his friend had suggested it and he needed some precise financial statements.
Outcome
The client’s records were fully updated within a few weeks of our involvement, and the client now receives his monthly reports five business days after the end of the month. As the books are updated regularly during the month, he is able to make business decisions immediately. The client has sales data that show him which of his top-selling products are. When they wanted to invest in a new line of products, we were able to give him the information they needed to know how frequently that inventory had to turn in his store so that the decision would make sense for him. They have an exact inventory count of what is on his shelves.
